Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Nonetheless, we reserve the right always to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property. YOUR CONSENT RECORD

When you opt in, we keep a record of your consent: your response to our web opt-in form, your email reply saying YES, your first text to us, or the confirmation text an employee sends after you agree on a call, each with its date and time; or the form on which you ticked the text-message consent box.
